SEE THE WOOD

Your cabin's grain tells a story. We restore it.

We strip away the years of weathering, rot, and failing finish to bring the warmth and texture of Utah log homes back to life. One careful pass at a time.

WHAT WE DO

We save the wood. You live in the feeling.

We strip the old, seal the new, and get out of your way. Every log worth keeping gets the attention it deserves.

Media blasting

We remove failing finishes down to bare, clean wood. No shortcuts, no masking tape over rot.

Staining

We apply premium stains that breathe with the wood, not sit on top. UV and moisture protection that lasts.

Applying fresh chinking between logs during restoration

Chinking

Our chinking seals out drafts and moisture, flexible enough to handle Utah's dry heat and mountain freeze.

Sanding work on a log surface

Sanding

We hand-sand where we need to, machine-sand where it counts. Every surface is prepped before any seal touches it.

Power washing

The finish is only as good as what's under it. We don't skip the work you can't see.

CUSTOMERS SPEAK

Our first few log homes came back to life

We're just getting started, but the photos and the words people send back tell us we're on the right track. Here is what some early clients in Utah have said.

We bought a cabin that looked like it had been abandoned for a decade. The restoration work on the logs and the new stain made it feel solid again. Our family couldn't believe it was the same place.

David Chen

David Chen

Cabinet owner, Park City

I was worried about the weather stripping on our older log home. They came out, took a look, and explained exactly what the chinking would do for insulation. No pressure, just good work.

Michelle Torres

Homeowner, Heber Valley

The media blasting stripped off years of old paint and grime without damaging the logs underneath. The staining after that was like putting a new coat of life on the wood. It looks incredible.
